You’re probably aware that Scrum is amongst to most popular agile management frameworks currently availably. You’re may also be aware that Microsoft uses many processes including Scrum.  And you may know that Team Foundation Server already has the ability to support Scrum development teams. But did you know that Microsoft is in the process of releasing its own Scrum process template?

Microsoft Senior Program Manager Aaron Bjork will be joining us to introduce us to process templates in TFS, the templates that Microsoft provides, and their forthcoming Scrum process template.  He will explain why the process template was built and walk through the details of what will be included.  If you’re currently using or contemplating moving to Scrum on TFS, you should attend this session so that you can understand the alternatives and make the right choices.
