Planning an Agile Project:
How do we plan an agile project? How do we know when we’ll be done I few keep iterating? How much detail do I need to know about what we are doing and when it is being done? How do I track progress of releases or iterations? If you find yourself asking these questions, come attend this session where we will demonstrate the approaches used to plan out your release into sprints and assign appropriate backlog items.

Our speaker, Joel Semeniuk is the Executive VP of the Team Productivity Division at Telerik as well as a Microsoft Regional Director and Microsoft MVP in ALM. He has been working with teams to improve their software engineering practices for over a decade and regularly speaks around the world on agile and Lean.
